List Usage Terms & Conditions
List Usage
Lists are rented for a one-time use and may not be duplicated, reproduced,
or transferred without prior written consent from SMG.
Reuse of List
Lists are available for unlimited use for one year from the date
of purchase, at the stated price for the product cleared and approved.
All our lists are seeded with decoy names to protect against unauthorized
usage.
Minimum Charge Per Order
There is a minimum fee of $150 plus shipping and handling, and applicable
sales tax if the order ships to an address in New York State.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is invoiced at our cost, and will be charged if applicable.
All orders will be shipped UPS 2-day (unless otherwise requested
and agreed upon). SMG is compliant with Federal, State, and local
tax regulations.
Turnaround Time
Normal production time requires three to five business days from
the date the order is placed. Rush service is available upon request.
Samples for Approval
A sample of the direct mail piece, telemarketing script, or e-mail
copy must be provided and approved prior to shipping the order.
Terms & Conditions
No order can be processed without signing our Terms and Conditions
Agreement.
Payment
New accounts require prepayment by check with the initial order
and sample direct mail piece, telemarketing script, or e-mail copy.
To establish a line of credit you must supply a completed credit
application along with bank and trade references. Once credit is
established the terms are net 30 days.
List Counts
Lists are updated on a continual basis; therefore, all counts provided
are estimates and may vary from the actual count when the order
is processed. SMG cannot be responsible for shortages or overruns
of lists or mailing pieces due to varying counts.
