No list can be 100% accurate because of the mobility and dynamics of our diverse population. However, SMG will refund 15 cents for each piece of undeliverable direct mail in excess of the accuracy guarantee as long as the list is mailed within 30 days of the date you receive the file or files; and you return the undeliverable direct mail pieces to SMG within 90 days of the file or files shipping date. Junior High, High School, College Bound High School, Teen Interests, Hobbies and Career Goals, Ethnic Teenagers, Religious Affiliation High School and College Bound Databases are 98% accurate, and College, Young Adults, Young Adult Occupations and Education Level, and Ethnic Young Adults Databases are 90% accurate. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are not guaranteed.
